It is indeed the most wonderful time of the year – Unified General Audition time! Here’s the skinny:
Give a 2 minute audition (3 minutes for AEA) in front of 30-60 theatre companies, directors, agents! February 15-18
Eligibility requirements
AEA/EMC
- Must be a current TPS or PATA member.
Student in Professional Actor Training program
(full-time in a BFA, MFA or accredited conservatory program)
- Must be a current TPS or PATA member.
- Have attended for 1 year or more.
- Minimum 4 stage credits (educational credits OK)
Recent College Graduates (2008-2010)
- Must be a current TPS or PATA member.
- 18 years or older as of Feb 15, 2010.
- Signed letter of recommendation from department head
- Minimum 4 stage credits (educational credits OK)
Non-Student, Non-Union (Any Age)
- Must be a current TPS or PATA member.
- Minimum 4 stage credits (any full production that you auditioned, were cast, rehearsed, and performed that was not self-produced, educational or academic)
